FLOAT WIDTHS -
Width ...not depth is better for model
float performance.
NOTE- FLOAT WIDTHS ONLY: Float widths below
1" are impractical
unless you are doing something in the micro or peanut size
aircraft. Simply use the Single width of float shown above and
round off to the nearest inch. Double the size
shown if only a Single float is required.
You can increase the depth some if you want to create a V
bottom but add your depth to the top
of the float so you do not change the float angles
involved.
Keep in mind that what ever material you remove
loses displacement.
